Shipping Policy
International orders may be subject to duties paid to customs on delivery.
1. Please allow 5-14 business days for your order to be processed, as we experience a high volume of orders. Can slightly vary depending on volume of orders.
2. We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. EnchantedJewels and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Enchanted jewels Is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
3. EnchantedJewels is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out. If you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS as soon as possible. Refunds of any kind will not be issued.
4. If you put the incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the address if your order has not been fulfilled yet. Address changes are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses.
5. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us to cancel with your order number only if your order has not been shipped yet. However, Cancellations are not guaranteed as some orders may have already started being crafted.
Due to sanitary reasons, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges.
If you received an order error or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please be ready to show picture evidence and we will address any issues.
